Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the export and shipping of goods, including preparing and submitting customs documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures, including knowledge of CDS, CHIEF, and Sequoia systems.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and tracing.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient shipping and export processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in export and shipping coordination, preferably in a logistics or freight forwarding company.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, including CDS, CHIEF, and Sequoia systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
