Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As an Export and Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from our warehouse to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely shipment of goods.
- Process customs documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Communicate with clients to confirm shipment details and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet client demand.
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics and customs clearance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
