Job Description:

As a Senior Payroll Administrator at Phase 3, you will play a crucial role in managing the full payroll cycle for a portfolio of clients. You will provide expert advice on payroll matters, ensure all statutory submissions are completed on time, and oversee the upload of new starters, monthly contributions, and cyclical re-enrolment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end payroll process for client payrolls.
  2. Provide guidance on payroll best practices and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably with Sage People or Brain Payroll.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume payrolls with 1000+ employees.
  3. Background in a bureau setting or similar environment.
  4. Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup, pivot tables, and intermediate formulas.
