About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and formulate care plans for patients, including discharge planning within agreed protocols.
  • Provide clinical leadership and management to ensure safe, quality, and effective care.
  • Advise the Multi-Disciplinary team on expert, safe, and effective models of care and treatment.
  • Support the improvement of workforce knowledge through inpatient education and training programmes.
Requirements
  • 5 years post-qualification clinical experience working within an MDT model supporting people with complex mental health problems.
  • First degree 2:2 or above (Nursing or AHP).
  • GCSE Maths and English C or above.
  • Evidence of extensive clinical leadership and contribution to quality improvement and service development.
