Key Responsibilities:- Assume the role of a CQC Registered Manager, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and regulations.
- Lead and develop a large team involved in the direct provision of care and support services, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with service users, local authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee recruitment, conduct supervisions, and appraisals, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Implement and maintain effective quality assurance systems, promoting best practices and continuous improvement of services.
- Participate in the strategic development of the organization, identifying and developing strategies for planning and delivering quality, innovative services.
- Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in health and social care.
- In-depth knowledge of legislation affecting health and social care.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Full driving license with the use of your own vehicle.
- Monday to Friday (9-5) hours.
- 33 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays off.
