An esteemed community complex care provider in London is seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of Registered Branch Manager.

Job Summary:

As the Registered Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and support services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assume the role of a CQC Registered Manager, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and regulations.
  2. Lead and develop a large team involved in the direct provision of care and support services, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with service users, local authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Oversee recruitment, conduct supervisions, and appraisals, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality services.
  5. Implement and maintain effective quality assurance systems, promoting best practices and continuous improvement of services.
  6. Participate in the strategic development of the organization, identifying and developing strategies for planning and delivering quality, innovative services.
Requirements:
  1. Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in health and social care.
  2. In-depth knowledge of legislation affecting health and social care.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  4. Full driving license with the use of your own vehicle.
