The Role

This role offers the opportunity to work as a Home Healthcare Professional for Children, supporting a range of conditions including growth hormone deficiencies and biologic treatments for juvenile arthritis, Crohn's disease, and psoriasis.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and administer IV therapies and specialised treatments.
  • Accurately document clinical data and report adverse effects in line with protocols.
  • Build lasting, supportive relationships with children, families, and other healthcare professionals to support ongoing care.
  • Stay current with clinical skills to ensure exceptional, up-to-date patient care.
