About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in child and adolescent mental health. You will be part of a friendly and collaborative team, working closely with nurses, psychologists, systemic family therapists, and child psychotherapists to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist clinical assessments, including psychiatric and physical investigations, to children, young people, and their families.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with colleagues in other posts throughout the Trust to develop peer networks and share best practices.
- Participate in regular division meetings and clinical governance meetings to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.
