We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our client's team on a social housing framework in Brent. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of FRA works (fire doors) and Voids (kitchen and bathrooms and full redecorations) on a social housing framework in Brent.
Key Responsibilities:- Report to a visiting Projects Manager and be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from inception through to completion and hand over.
- Manage the project team and ensure that all works are completed to a high standard and within the agreed timeframe.
- Coordinate with the client and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their requirements and expectations.
- Monitor and control the project budget and ensure that all costs are accurately recorded and reported.
- Previous experience in social housing refurbishment or a similar sector.
- Strong project management skills and experience of managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
