Job Opportunity: Executive Scouting Professional

Daniela Schlingmann Literary Scouting Ltd. is a renowned agency that works closely with leading international publishers to find top-quality UK fiction, non-fiction, and children's books for translation and adaptation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Scouting Professional to join our team in January 2020. The successful candidate will work closely with Daniela and be responsible for diary management, scheduling book fairs and client visits, data entry, responding to client queries, and research. They will also liaise with accounts, edit scouting reports, manage freelancers, and perform various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the publishing industry, prior experience in diary management, and exceptional organisational skills. They will possess outstanding communication skills, be able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in foreign rights, knowledge of foreign languages, and writing copy would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Wordpress is essential.

Salary and Benefits:
