Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our technology division. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing business processes, holding workshops, and providing data-driven insights to optimize ways of working throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and improve business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports
  • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving internal processes and systems
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and advise on adjustments to business processes as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position
  • Experience in working with CRM recruitment software or ATS software, Bullhorn is a plus
  • Experience in data management and analysis
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience in working on transformation projects and business project implementation
