Senior Business Analyst - Up to £55k - Remote



Globally leading technology company within the property and land sector are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join them on a hybrid basis.


This role will be focused on identifying definition of requirements for improving processes and systems, reducing their costs, working across 2 technical projects. Experience delivering system and data based projects will be ideal to help in a complex environment.


A great opportunity for someone looking to leverage their skills within business analysis, as you will be the main point of contact in this function. A history working in both waterfall and agile, will also be a strong desire


As a senior leader, it will be essential you have proven experience mentoring business analysts, alongside navigating environments with external clients and difficult stakeholders




The Requirements:

  • Business Process Analysis experience
  • Working experience with both agile and waterfall
  • Experience of documenting requirements in the form of users stories and other graphical and textural techniques
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • IT transformation experience
  • Experience of creating process flows for the ‘As Is’ process
  • Degree caliber or relevant experience
  • Line management experience


The Overview:

  • Fully remote, Full time permanent position.
  • Up to £55,000 depending on experience.
  • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
