A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled project coordinator to join our construction sector team at CV Library.

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to work on various retail development projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

This role involves coordinating with design teams, cost management consultants, and contractors to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to travel within the UK.

The estimated salary for this position is £25K - £32K per annum, reflecting the importance of the role in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Coordinate with design teams, cost management consultants, and contractors to achieve project goals
  • Maintain accurate records and work folders, ensuring all work is checked and approved
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant subject
  • Full driving license and own car with ability to travel within the UK
  • CSCS card - Black/gold/white (or possess the qualifications to achieve)
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
