As a Skincare Counter Manager in a high-end department store, you will provide exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge to both new and existing customers, resulting in achieving account sales targets.

  • Reflect the brand's values and mission
  • Share your passion for luxury skincare and beauty by tailoring your approach to each individual customer's needs
  • Offer expert advice on skincare and beauty products to create a meaningful and memorable customer experience
  • Generate sales to achieve sales targets and maximise selling opportunities by link-selling and cross-selling
  • Capture customer data qualitatively and quantitatively for loyalty purposes in compliance with applicable data regulations
  • Stay updated on offline and online beauty trends and competition

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and training in the beauty retail industry and be passionate about innovative beauty trends and skincare.

You will be creative with a can-do attitude and have excellent business acumen, including sales analysis, inventory management, and business operations.

As a sales and KPI-driven individual with a proven history of achieving targets, you will enjoy creating perfect customer experiences through personal and trustworthy advice.
