Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Card Factory. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial growth and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the store team to achieve commercial growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase colleague engagement.
- Coach, train, and develop colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants who embody our values and behaviors.
- Make informed commercial decisions around stock availability, merchandising, and visual displays to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including District and Regional Managers, to gain a deeper understanding of the business and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to the store team, District, and Regional Managers to drive continuous improvement and growth.
- You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record of driving commercial growth in a retail environment.
- Have previous experience as a store manager or in a leadership role within a retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service and colleague development.
- Be an effective communicator and team player, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
- Be prepared to work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
