Job Title: Support Worker in Residential Care

We're seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to residents in our care homes. Your main duties will include assisting with daily living activities, supporting with food and drink, and following individual care plans. You'll also be responsible for ensuring residents have one-to-one time and are able to engage in activities that promote their well-being. In addition, you may be required to administer medication, which will require you to undergo further training.

About the Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, based on 40 hours per week. This includes paid breaks and annual leave. You can expect to earn an additional £8-10 per hour for overtime worked.

Responsibilities and Requirements

* Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
* Follow individual care plans and ensure residents receive the necessary care and support
