Job Title: Yard Driver

Gi Group is seeking a skilled Yard Driver to join our team at British Car Auctions in Burnaston, Derby. As a Yard Driver, you will be responsible for moving brand new cars around the compound yard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate vehicles in a safe and efficient manner within the compound yard.
  • Adhere to standard work processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in yard operations.

Requirements:
  • Availability to work day and night shifts on a 2-week rotating roster.
  • Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points and a minimum of 12 months' experience.
  • Age 22 or above.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Rates:
  • Days: £11.94 per hour.
  • Afternoons: £15.52 per hour.
