Job Title: Yard Driver

Gi Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Yard Driver to join our team at British Car Auctions in Burnaston, Derby. As a Yard Driver, you will be responsible for moving brand new cars around the compound yard, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate vehicles in a safe and controlled manner within the compound yard.
  • Adhere to standard work processes and procedures to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rates: £11.94 per hour for days and £15.52 per hour for afternoons (rotating every 2 weeks).

Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • At least 22 years old.

  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
  • Ability to work under own initiative when required.
