Job Title: Assistant Key Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Key Worker to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and emotional or behavioural difficulties.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide daily assistance to Key Workers with the preparation and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and routines. They will also help to support the management of challenging behaviour and create a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily assistance to Key Workers with IEPs and routines
  • Support the management of challenging behaviour
  • Create a positive learning environment for students
  • Provide emotional and social support to students
  • Help students engage effectively with the curriculum and participate in college activities
  • Safely transport students to and from college, appointments and extracurricular activities as needed
