About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Leadership Manager to lead the creation and implementation of a best-in-class Enterprise Transformation Management Office (eTMO) at Allianz Insurance Plc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the comprehensive change process end-to-end, overseeing governance, prioritization, reporting, team management, tracking, communications, and quality controls to ensure strategic alignment with Allianz's overall strategy.
  • Oversee and direct change initiatives, including identifying potential risks, opportunities, and interdependencies.
  • Establish communication plans and training programs to support organizational transitions.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on transformation projects, monitoring progress, budgets, and benefit tracking mechanisms to drive efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring strong CBA governance is in place.
  • Engage with and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite and Group.
  • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track the impact of transformational initiatives, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver reports to the regulated Change & Investment Committee, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Extensive proven experience of delivering large-scale projects and leading project management teams in a complex environment.
  • Proven track record in establishing, leading, and running a successful PMO or ePMO function.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in producing high-quality written communication, presentation materials, and management information, with proven capability in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Expertise in resource planning, control, and budget management of large-scale projects.
  • Experience of introducing the latest thinking, technologies, and methodologies into mature businesses to drive transformation initiatives and operations.
  • Regulatory and compliance knowledge.
  • Educated to Degree level – 2:1 or higher at University or qualified by experience.
  • Project management certification.
