Bespoke HR seeks a skilled Bookkeeper and Data Entry Specialist to work part-time in Redhill. This position comes with a competitive salary of £12,000 per year.

We require someone with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent data entry skills using Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

The main objective of this role is to provide timely and accurate financial support to the Senior Accountant and other senior staff members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial records.

Key Functions include:

  • Preparation and Review of Financial Reports
  • Management of Financial Records and Archives
  • Assistance with Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Liaison with External Auditors and Regulatory Bodies

Requirements for this position are:

  • Qualifications: Advanced education in accounting or a related field.
  • Relevant Work Experience: At least two years of experience in bookkeeping or data entry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
