Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans and therapeutic interventions.
  • Lead and supervise support and nursing teams to deliver high standards of person-centered care.
  • Assist residents with mobility or continence needs using appropriate aids and equipment.
Requirements:
  • QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience in care home management.
  • Strong knowledge of person-centered care.
