Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery, helping with laundry, deliveries and restocking, and contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards. A flexible approach to the working week is essential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Level 1 and 2 Food Safety Awards
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques
  • Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
  • Experience of kitchen equipment
