About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Marketing Specialist to drive growth initiatives for our EMEA SMB segment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and programs that drive engagement, awareness, and demand across multiple digital channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-growth team and contribute to the development of our EMEA SMB strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing programs that deliver effective reach, high-quality web traffic, and cost-efficient leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website updates, optimize user experience, and enhance the Drift chatbot experience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on in-platform metrics and pipeline goals.
  • Support field programs, including events, and promote integrated target account programs through digital channels.
  • Own the delivery of content syndication programs, working with content and global acquisition teams to generate leads through third-party partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and principles.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Action-oriented, with a focus on driving results and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive improved performance.
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Salesforce, Drupal, Marketo, and Demandbase is highly desirable.
