Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Professional to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Undertake all necessary training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve our cleaning goals and objectives.
- Adhere to all Mitie quality, safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Maintain the designated area to a high standard of cleanliness, carrying out daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as directed by your supervisor.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the designated cleaning area, including the agreed work specification and time allocated to facilities.
- Have a working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
- Build positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Requirements
- Cleaning experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work to a schedule and as part of a team.
- Capable of working independently where necessary.
- Open and honest communication.
- Self-driven and determined.
- Strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
