School Leader for SEN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SENCO to join our team at Empowering Learning, an independent prep school in Newbury. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing effective strategies to enable students with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will be a well-qualified and experienced teacher who is confident, engaging, and resilient. You will have the ability to motivate your team and pupils, and applicants must hold QTS and ideally the NASENCO qualification.
This role requires someone with experience of working with children on the SEN register, as well as implementing a range of strategies to help pupils with learning difficulties and liaising with external professionals. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with SEN, we would love to hear from you.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
