What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in either the development or oversight of construction stages for buildings, leisure centers, and schools. You'll need a proven track record of working on UK infrastructure projects, significant project and/or program management experience post-qualification, and in-depth knowledge and practical experience with project management techniques.

You'll also need to be proficient in administering construction contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent, and/or Project Manager, and have a strong understanding of legislation affecting building contracts. Excellent oral and written communication skills, a methodical approach to work and problem-solving, and the ability to absorb and assess complex information quickly are also essential.

Desirable qualifications include membership in one of the following professional bodies: MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB.
