Exciting Opportunity for a Building Surveyor Associate Director

Calibre Search is proud to present a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Building Surveyor Associate Director to join a thriving consultancy based just outside of Birmingham.

This is an exceptional chance for a senior-level surveyor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and modern consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Building Surveyor, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment, and will possess strong technical skills, including knowledge and experience working through RIBA Stages.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Lead commercial surveying projects, including Pre Acquisition surveys, Dilapidations, Party Wall Disputes, and Landlord & Tenant services
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee tenders, negotiate with contractors, and manage procurement
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the consultancy
