EIA Project Manager

We are seeking experienced project managers to join our Environmental Planning team, which has built a strong reputation for delivering Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for complex projects across various sectors, including onshore wind and energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all stages of project development from tendering through to completion and submission of the Environmental Statement.
- Lead a team of EIA consultants and report directly to the Project Director.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including ecologists, ornithologists, archaeologists, transport planners, and landscape architects.
- Work closely with clients and external organizations to provide advice and inform the design/layout of developments.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior team members.
- At least a degree in a relevant environmental field, such as geography or environmental science.
- Understanding of EIA within the wider development process and experience in development planning.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience in managing EIAs for large and complex projects, ideally across multiple sectors.
- Post-graduate qualification in EIA or a related field.
- Working towards full membership of IEMA, RTPI, or similar.
- A competitive salary starting at £39,000 per annum.
- A range of flexible working options, including part-time hours.
