About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at FMG Repair Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting customers' vehicles and delivering them to our bodyshop for repair. Once repaired, you will then deliver them back to the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect customers' vehicles and deliver them to our bodyshop for repair
  • Deliver repaired vehicles back to customers
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, including collecting payments and receipts
  • Report accidents and incidents, and comply with health and safety legislation
  • Drive vehicles in a safe and lawful manner, considering weather and traffic conditions

About You

We are looking for a professional and experienced individual who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a full UK/EU Manual Driving Licence and excellent knowledge of the roads in your area. Previous experience in a customer-facing role and commercial driving role is essential.
