Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Household Operations to join our team at Knightsbridge Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to a high-net-worth individual and their family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the household, including the supervision of domestic staff and the coordination of events.
- Oversee the maintenance and renovation of international properties, including the management of contractors and designers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of household operations.
- Provide exceptional support to the high-net-worth individual and their family, including managing their schedules and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the family, providing guidance and support on a range of matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a private household.
- Proven track record of managing multiple properties and domestic staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the family and other stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
