Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Mental Health Nurse to join our client's team at a picturesque hospital in Dorking, Surrey.

About the Role

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients with mental illness and personality disorders. You will develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement, follow all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, and contribute to patient assessments and care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients with mental health needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an RMN/RMNH qualification, have completed pre-registration or preceptorship, and be committed to personal learning and development. You will also need to exhibit excellent team-working skills and be self-motivated with a flexible approach.
