Fulfilment Manager - Warehouse, Packing, Collating & Logistics

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our team at Future Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity and efficiency in our warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Manage the MIS system (Tharstern) to optimize efficiency, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance.
  • Analyze shift performance against relevant business objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence.
  • Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve operational performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in warehouse and fulfilment management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with MIS systems and data analysis.
