This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join the company's growth journey and take on a key role in the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage warehousing and logistics operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and SOPs.
- Oversee inbound deliveries of materials and packaging, ensuring timely and efficient receipt.
- Coordinate outbound deliveries to meet customer requirements, with a focus on 100% compliance.
- Lead and develop the logistics team across all shifts, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Liaise with the Shift Manager to proactively manage line services across all shifts, identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive projects for process improvement and cost optimization, leveraging expertise to enhance business performance.
- Own the management of onsite logistics equipment, working closely with external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
