Description of the Job:
The Catering Technician plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operation of Educators Wales' Hospitality department, supporting the delivery of educational programs and maintaining the highest standards of service quality. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Technician, including managing financial records and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies for improving student learning outcomes
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all areas of the Hospitality department
• Work closely with the college's catering team to plan and deliver menus that meet the needs of students and staff

Requirements and Qualifications:
This role requires a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will need to be able to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. A DBS check is required for this position, and the successful candidate will be committed to equality legislation and disability confident principles.
