This role is based in Grantham and offers a highly competitive salary, company pension, sick pay, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and onsite parking.

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) with excellent communication, marketing, project management, and influencing skills.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

The role involves coordinating business-wide projects, HR, and Finance, alongside maintaining quality health and safety record-keeping standards.

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders
  2. First point of contact for company HR matters including contracts of employment, sick leave, and other day-to-day HR tasks
  3. Managing diaries and schedules as needed
  4. Arranging travel and accommodation as required
  5. Assisting with Quality control audits
  6. Coordinating business-wide improvement projects
  7. Liaising effectively with customers and suppliers
  8. Ensuring the accurate and efficient maintenance of health and safety records

What's on Offer:
