A highly sought-after opportunity has arisen for a senior Solicitor to lead our Private Client team at Austen Lloyd.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience, looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our Private Client department.

The role comes with a dedicated legal assistant and support from other experienced Solicitors in the firm, as well as an advanced CMS and digital dictation system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the Private Client team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  3. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in Private Client law.
Working Conditions

Requirements
  1. Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills.
