Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our innovative start-up law firm, Everpool Careers. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, with a focus on trusts and will writing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of private client matters, including trusts, wills, and probate administration.
  • Advising clients on estate planning and inheritance tax issues.
  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust documents.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
