As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that align with our company's goals, while fostering a cohesive culture across the group.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, overseeing job descriptions, performance appraisals, KPIs, and bonus schemes.
- Strategic Development: Create and execute people strategies that support our company's objectives, collaborating closely with the Executive Board and senior leadership team.
- Culture Leadership: Foster and drive a cohesive culture across the group, ensuring cultural initiatives align with our company's core values.
- Compliance & Improvement: Maintain high standards of compliance with employment laws and regulations, continuously updating policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
- Innovation & Engagement: Lead the rollout of new staff intranet and rewards systems, enhance employee engagement, embed leadership training, and manage other key HR projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing context: Demonstrated success in a senior HR role with deep knowledge of employment law and people management within a manufacturing or engineering context.
