About this role

Skanska's Building Services team is looking for a talented individual to join our team at Royal London and Barts Hospital in London. As a Ventilation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and governance of Hard FM Services, including HVAC systems.

Key responsibilities

  1. Own the delivery and completion of critical PPM's, including remedial actions and fault diagnosis.
  2. Provide knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems as an Authorised Person.
  3. Provide knowledge and expertise in additional healthcare risk system(s) as a responsible/authorised person.
  4. Reports prepared, collated, and presented in a professional manner and aligned with policy.
  5. Lead on lifecycle projects pertinent to your package/system.
  6. Work with Technical Leads to achieve Skanska's comprehensive Safe System of Work and demonstrable compliance.

Requirements

  1. ONC/HND in an Engineering Discipline or recognised qualification or certification in a statutory discipline.
  2. Proven experience as contractor manager in Hard FM HVAC Systems.
  3. In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
