About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ESG Finance Associate to join our dynamic team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our Social, Sustainable and Green Finance practice, you will play a critical role in advising clients on complex finance transactions that address sustainability challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on finance and project finance transactions, providing expert guidance on sustainable finance solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and complex transactions, leveraging your expertise in finance and project finance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Support the development of junior associates, trainees, and paralegals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sustainable finance, identifying opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years PQE in finance or project finance transactions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
