About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carecall Officer to manage a patch of 200 customers, ensuring their wellbeing and accuracy of customer records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Calls: Answer calls and handle queries related to customer wellbeing, building strong relationships with customers and their families.
  2. Home Visits: Visit customers in their homes to install simple equipment, providing compassionate care for their overall wellbeing.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring all necessary information is documented.
