Priory Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Daffodil House, a brand new Adult Care service opening in early 2025. This modern residential service will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service. You will work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting them in all aspects of service provision. In their absence, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, including providing, managing, and coordinating support for residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Registered Manager in all aspects of service delivery
  • Managing rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels
  • Leading and motivating a team of care staff
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Monitoring budgets and ensuring financial accountability
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies
