Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to join our team at a fantastic Care Home based near Pontypridd. The home is registered for up to 52 residents and has a great reputation in the area.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step to Home Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
  • Lead a diverse team of staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the home runs efficiently
  • Build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • NMC qualified (RGN/RMN)
  • Proven experience in managing a care home
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recognised qualification in health and social care
