We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandising and Inventory Coordinator at Acosta Sales & Marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing merchandising and inventory initiatives across multiple retail locations, ensuring seamless execution of visual merchandising standards and developing strategies to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with store staff to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform merchandising decisions and optimize store layouts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and district managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
