Job Title: Data Management Expert

About the Role:

  • Support and lead the team responsible for maintaining our vehicle database, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with manufacturers and dealerships to extract and clarify key data and vehicle discounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate workload and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage the team inbox for internal and external queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain the quoting system up-to-date for customers, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
  • Apply accurate discounts to vehicles, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Analyze and extract data from report spreadsheets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, fostering collaboration and open communication.
