Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
- Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
- Previous experience in care work is not essential, as we provide extensive training and support
- Ability to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (or bicycle) is desirable
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
