Job Title: Digital Officer - Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Officer to join our team at 21HSC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the digital application process and assisting carers with their application as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment panel, planning meeting dates and ensuring all panel members have access to information prior to meeting.
  • Collate data from the short breaks programme to support future planning, as well as monitoring and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly status reports and undertake other monitoring and evaluation as required.
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of the National and Local Carers Strategy and any changes to benefit entitlements for carers.
  • Ensure that all carers have access to the digital application process and receive the necessary support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in overseeing a large project is essential.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously essential.
  • Driving Licence is desirable.
