Groups Reservations Supervisor

Imperial London Hotels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Groups Reservations Supervisor to join our team at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of group reservations, including entry of confirmed bookings in Opera and preparation of proforma invoices for advance bookings.
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of deposits and prepayment deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet the brand standard for all reservations, services, and special promotions.
- Support the Reservations Manager with day-to-day operations and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations management.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Positive can-do attitude with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident and engaging telephone manner.
- Flexible and reliable to work allocated shifts.
- Working knowledge of Opera or similar PMS.
