Senior Project Manager Opportunity

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a leading main contractor, we cover a wide range of construction sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, Transport, Life Science, Retail, Health care, Leisure, and Residential.

Our client is a rapidly growing main contractor with an annual turnover of circa £700 million. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience in the Commercial and Life Science sectors, with a strong track record of delivering projects of a similar value.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a project with a value of circa £60 million, with an RC Frame Structure
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver the project from cradle to grave
  • Ensure Health and Safety and Quality Assurance are maintained throughout the project
  • Understand and manage contract requirements and project conditions
  • Lead subcontractor procurement process and appoint subcontractors in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Experience as a number one on site on projects of a similar value
  • Strong project programming and delivery skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
