Senior IT Manager

As a Senior IT Manager – eCommerce & Content Management, you'll play a key role in delivering complex solutions for integrated software landscapes across the e-Commerce & Content domain.
This role will be part of the Solution & Adoption department, responsible for application delivery & application operations for the Canon EMEA region. You'll lead cross-organizational process/IT change programs from concept to successful end-to-end implementation, including stakeholder management on MT level and management of external service providers.
As a trusted advisor, you'll provide expert guidance on middle and senior management level in all matters of process/IT. You'll also manage, coach, and lead a team of direct reports, less experienced colleagues (internal and external), and managing external partners on excellent solutions and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operational stability of the eCommerce & Content Management domain
- Single point of contact towards business stakeholders in eCommerce & Content Management for operations and project escalations
- Ensuring maximum efficiency of the existing team who focus on AM activities
- Effective resource and capacity planning across different IT initiatives
- Overseeing the management of operational budgets including Service Partner teams and software renewals
